Information we collect

We store account details, payment references, assessment answers, weekly check-ins, lesson progress, messages and any progress photos you choose to upload. Payment card details are handled by PayFast and are never stored in this portal.

How photos are protected

Photos are re-processed on upload to remove hidden information such as GPS location, stored outside the public website and only shown to you and Dalia after login.

Why we use it

The information is used to deliver your 90-day programme, personalise professional haircare guidance, provide support, prepare your completion report and keep required transaction records.

Your choices

You may ask D's Hair By Dalia to correct or delete information where legal and transaction-record obligations allow. Progress photos and reviews are never used for marketing without your separate, written permission.
